RADA-trained, with 25 years across coaching, leadership and people development and 20+ years working professionally in performance, television, film, voice, theatre and West End.

A coach, facilitator, writer, performer and practitioner who brings the world of theatre and real-world business together. Extensive experience developing communication, management and coaching skills across corporate, educational, medical, defence and public sector environments, alongside experiential learning, role play and scenario development.

Rachel Howells

Leadership facilitator, executive coach and professional actor with more than 25 years' experience bringing human behaviour, communication and experiential learning to life. Works globally with multinational organisations, delivering leadership, communication and behavioural development programmes across regions and cultures.

Designs highly participative learning that helps people build confidence, uncover blind spots, strengthen presence and impact, and practise the conversations that matter. Combines psychologically safe facilitation, behavioural rehearsal, structured feedback and reflection, so that learning moves beyond insight into lasting behaviour change.

TURN is led by Jessica and Rachel.

We keep a high-level view across every piece of work, shaping the creative approach, staying close to what's being delivered, and constantly checking it against what the client actually needs. Not just meeting expectations, but pushing the work beyond them.

But we don't just manage the work. We do it.

Between us, we bring years of hands-on experience in acting, actor coaching, facilitation, script development and programme design. We know what great delivery looks and feels like because

we're in the room doing it ourselves.

That gives us a different kind of oversight. We can spot what's working, what isn't, where something needs sharpening, and where there's an opportunity to take an idea somewhere better.
