Rehearsing the Real

Leadership happens in moments.

This is where our approach gets interesting.

The difficult conversation. The challenge from a colleague. The unexpected question. The decision under pressure. The room that suddenly changes.

We create realistic, psychologically safe environments where people can practise those moments before they matter.

We put people into the moment. They have to:

  • give difficult feedback
  • challenge a senior colleague
  • handle resistance
  • influence without authority
  • navigate conflict
  • respond under pressure
  • communicate across different perspectives
  • make decisions with incomplete information
  • lead change
  • recover when something goes wrong

And then we stop the action, coach what just happened, replay it, change the variables and try again.

We are not talking about learning about leadership. We're talking about rehearsing leadership.

Using coaching, improvisation, role play, forum theatre and real-world scenarios, we turn leadership development into something people can experience, test and change.

Real people. Real situations. Real choices.

That's where behaviour starts to shift.

Not learning about behaviour. Rehearsing it.

The Method

How do we turn leadership theory into behaviour you can see?

Discover → Diagnose → Design → Rehearse → Reflect → Replay → Apply

Bespoke programmes

Bespoke programmes

Bespoke programmes

From a single intervention to an entire leadership or people-development programme.

Bespoke programmes

Bespoke programmes

We find the right mix for the problem in front of us.

Bespoke Programmes

No off-the-shelf answers.

Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Sometimes you just know something isn't working. Either way, we'll start there.

We build bespoke programmes around your people and your outcome. Training, coaching, facilitation, roleplay, theatre, improvisation. Whatever the challenge needs.

PHASE 1 - DISCOVER

Work with stakeholders to understand the specific leadership challenge.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN

Create bespoke scenarios based on their actual world.

PHASE 3 - EXPERIENCE

Immersive workshops using professional actors, coaching, improvisation and forum theatre.

PHASE 4 - REHEARSE

Participants practise the difficult moments repeatedly.

PHASE 5 - COACH

Individual and group feedback.

PHASE 6 - EMBED

Follow-up sessions, manager involvement and application.

PHASE 7 SCALE

Turn successful scenarios into a repeatable programme across business units.

One problem. One intervention. Or something completely new. We'll work it out together.

Leading in the Age of AI

Not teaching people how to use ChatGPT.

What happens to human leadership when AI can provide the answers?

AI is changing how we work, how we communicate, how we lead and how we make decisions. So the skills that make us effective as humans matter more, not less.

We explore:

  • judgement
  • influence
  • trust
  • challenge
  • creativity
  • empathy
  • communication
  • decision-making
  • human connection
  • ethical dilemmas
  • leading people through technological change

An AI-era leadership simulation

A senior manager has to announce an AI-driven change to a team that believes jobs are at risk.

Then we put them into the conversation. An actor plays the employee. The leader has to navigate it.

Stop. Coach. Replay. Change the scenario. Try again.

That is far more impactful than another PowerPoint about AI leadership.

Improvisation isn't really about being entertaining. It's about uncertainty → listening → responding → adapting → influencing → deciding.

Those are leadership behaviours.

What participants feel able to do when they leave

Our learning sticks. Delegates leave empowered to act and to embed what they've learned.

  • have difficult conversations
  • influence stakeholders
  • challenge constructively
  • listen under pressure
  • adapt their communication
  • lead through uncertainty
  • give and receive feedback
  • manage conflict
  • build psychological safety
  • communicate with greater impact

How do you know it worked?

We don't just ask for immediate feedback. "Participants enjoyed the workshop" isn't a result.

We measure behavioural change:

  • Before and after confidence
  • Manager observation
  • Behavioural commitments
  • 360 feedback
  • Scenario performance
  • Follow-up coaching
  • Application back in the workplace

Experience → Behaviour → Business impact
